I might seem a bit worked up, but it's not because of being robbed. Instead, it's the Pi Core Team's apparent irresponsibility or, could it even be, some form of fraudulent behavior that's really getting on my nerves! 🤬 But let's dig into why I feel this way.

❓ Lack of Clear Communication: When we face issues, like problems with KYC, migrated coins suddenly bouncing back to the mining app, or transferable Pi being sent back to unverified accounts, where are the clear instructions? 🤷‍♂️ There's nothing but confusion! Don't we, as users, deserve to know what's going on and how to deal with these situations?

❓ Non-Functional Support System: Seriously, look through the entire app and browser. Can you find a single place where you can ask questions or file a complaint? Sure, there's a support portal, but let's be real—does it actually work? 🤔 I've tried reaching out, and it feels like my messages are just disappearing into the void. Shouldn't a reliable support system be a basic requirement for a project like this?

❓ No Account Security Measures: Once your account gets into the wrong hands, what can you do? There's no way to secure it or recover it! 🥺 Isn't that a huge security flaw? In this digital age, where security is so crucial, why hasn't the Pi Core Team implemented proper measures to protect our accounts?

❓ Uncertainty Around Wallets: If someone forgets their wallet passphrase, there's no clear answer on whether a second wallet will ever be accepted on the Mainnet. 🤯 We're left in the dark, not knowing what to do or what to expect. Shouldn't users have some certainty about something as important as their wallets?

❓ Never-Ending Grace Period: The grace period keeps getting extended over and over again. 🤦‍♀️ Not only has this delayed progress, but it's also caused significant losses for the crypto community and millions of pioneers like us. Wasn't there a plan in place? Why are these extensions happening, and who's going to take responsibility for the losses?

What else could there be to say? For me, and I'm sure for millions of others, Pi Network has been a huge letdown. 😔

Isn't it about time the Pi Core Team stepped up and took responsibility? Enough is enough, right?
