本条简单梳理一下整件事的来龙去脉和已知原因（PS：Sui现在已经完全恢复正常）
凌晨大家刷X的时候估计都刷到这条了：#Sui 主网突然“卡死”了，交易全停，dApp进不去，浏览器显示没新checkpoint，感觉像整个链被按了暂停键。
很多人第一时间以为是DDoS或者黑客攻击，结果官方直接说这是共识中断（consensus outage），简单讲就是验证节点们“聊不拢”了，互相不同步，导致网络直接停摆。

事情是怎么一步步发生的？
起因时间：1月14日下午2:52左右（UTC，北京/新加坡时间晚上10:52左右），网络开始出问题。没有新checkpoint生成，意味着所有交易都卡在队列里动不了。
官方第一次发声：大概半小时后，@SuiNetwork
在X上发帖确认：“Mainnet experiencing a network stall, core team actively working on solution”。同时提醒大家dApps（如Slush、SuiScan）可能会挂，交易慢或直接失败。
最严重阶段：整整接近6小时（5小时52分钟），从下午2点多一直卡到晚上8:44（UTC），也就是新加坡时间凌晨4:44左右才完全搞定。这段时间内，链上超过10亿美元的资产（DeFi池子、NFT、代币）全部“冻住”，动不了，急坏了不少人。
修复过程：核心开发团队紧急debug，找出了问题（主要是validator协调出bug），快速 rollout 了一个补丁（据说类似v1.37.x系列的紧急修复）。节点们陆续更新后，网络慢慢爬起来，checkpoint又开始正常产出，交易也恢复流动。
官方收尾：恢复后马上发帖：“Fully operational now, transactions flowing normally. If still issues, refresh app/browser. Full incident review coming soon.” 承诺几天内出详细的事后报告（post-mortem）。
到底为什么会宕？
