This fraud usually happens on PTV (Pay to Vendor) where people send money from their bank to get dollars. ๐ต๐ฆ
The dollar seller then asks them to share their Fundality Card. ๐ณ
Sometimes, the seller gives dollars, but sometimes they ask for pictures โ especially if the buyer is a girl. ๐ธ๐ซ
They demand such pictures and threaten the buyer. ๐ก
If you donโt give pictures, they might say: "Cancel your order after I send money." โ๐ฐ
Never cancel your order before you receive your goods! ๐ซ๐ฆ
If you cancel early, the fraudster will take your money and run away, and you will never get it back. ๐๐
If your amount is large, you could suffer a big loss. ๐ธโ ๏ธ
So, never cancel an order just because they ask you to. Wait until you get your product. โณโ๏ธ
If you already canceled the order, here are your two options: ๐โ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ First, make a video from another phone (a different device) ๐ฅ๐ฑ
Do not edit this video with any app. ๐ซโ๏ธ
Record it at 480p resolution (not HD). ๐น๐
2๏ธโฃ Open your bank app from Play Store and record a full video showing your transaction. ๐ฆ๐ฒ
Send these videos to the Binance team. ๐ค๐ฅ
Along with that, send the P2P traderโs ID you interacted with (you can find it by going back a bit in your chat). ๐๐ฌ
Then wait for 3-4 days or 24 hours โ sometimes it takes some time. โฐโ
Binance will suspend the fraudsterโs P2P account. ๐ซ๐ค
Until your issue is resolved, never tell Binance the problem is solved โ no matter what the other person says. ๐ค๐
Once your problem is fixed, tell Binance to reopen the fraudsterโs account. ๐โ
Sometimes a fraudster sends money to your account and freezes your account instead. โ๏ธ๐ณ
If you have filed a complaint with your bank in such cases, you must get a front and back copy of their ID card from the dollar sender, whether male or female. ๐๐
Then send this to Binance and get your issue resolved. ๐จโ๏ธThis way, you can get your money back. ๐ฐ๐ฏ
