MASAK Update: A New Era Begins for Crypto Withdrawals

Starting from July 4th, 3:00 PM, #BinanceTR has implemented a mandatory waiting period for crypto withdrawals.

The new MASAK regulation brings key changes for investors 👇🏻

🔹 Existing balances:

A 72-hour waiting period will apply before the first withdrawal.

🔹 New deposits / assets from buy or swap transactions:

Each will be subject to a fresh 72-hour waiting period.

🔹 After the first withdrawal:

All subsequent withdrawals will have a 48-hour waiting period.

🔹 Exceptions:

— TRY deposits and withdrawals are not subject to this rule.

— Withdrawals via Binance TRansfer to wallets registered under your own Turkish ID can still be executed instantly.

This change comes in effect as part of the MASAK General Communiqué (No. 29) published in the Official Gazette on June 28.

⚠️ Crypto withdrawals are now subject to a waiting period. Be prepared, act accordingly.
