Dan Romero and Varun Srinivasan, the co-founders of the crypto social network Farcaster, have transitioned to Tempo, a blockchain initiative centered on stablecoins and supported by Stripe and Paradigm. According to NS3.AI, Farcaster was recently acquired by Neynar, prompting its founders to step back from daily operations and plan the return of $180 million raised to investors. Tempo is in the process of developing a global payment network and has already secured significant talent and partnerships in anticipation of its full launch later this year.
