The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has released its short-term energy outlook, projecting an increase in daily natural gas demand in the United States. According to Jin10, the EIA anticipates that by 2026, the daily demand for natural gas will reach 91.6 billion cubic feet, surpassing the previous forecast of 90.3 billion cubic feet. Furthermore, the report predicts that by 2027, the demand will slightly decrease to 91.5 billion cubic feet, which is still higher than the earlier estimate of 90.9 billion cubic feet. These revised projections indicate a growing reliance on natural gas in the U.S. energy landscape over the coming years.
