H100 Group AB, a Nordic Bitcoin treasury company, has announced the acquisition of Swiss Bitcoin treasury firm Future Holdings. According to Foresight News, the financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. As part of the transaction, Richard Byworth, SYZCAP, and HUGESKY852 will serve as advisors to H100 and are expected to join the board of directors. This acquisition establishes an operational base for H100 in Switzerland.
