IS $ALLO A SCAM or a NEW OPPORTUNITY TO BUY THE DIP?

Before listing on binance, the price was 0.8 and then dumped to 0.4 so i decided to long it. Premium tears. should i just take the L and concentrate on others? or should i just hold on and hope not to be liquidated?
