BTC current overview :

When we step back and analyze the entire range using wick highs and lows, the market structure becomes much clearer, even with all the lower-timeframe noise.

To begin with, price swept the previous week low (PWL) around 94.9K (1) and reacted strongly higher. From there, BTC moved up and swept the previous week high (PWH) (2), but the candle closed indecisively, followed by a bearish reaction after taking liquidity. With liquidity now resting on both sides, the next candle opened and ran the highs again (3), clearing out shorts before rolling over and selling off for the remainder of the week.

Since the week started with a short squeeze and ended with a bearish weekly close, the following candle opened and formed a lower high near 90K (4), then pushed lower once more to sweep the lows again (5).

seee the picture given below :

So across points (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5), BTC effectively:

Ran sell-side liquidity

Ran buy-side liquidity

Then ran sell-side liquidity again

At this stage, levels 6 and 7 haven’t taken any new lows, as liquidity was already cleared at points (1) and (5). Instead, price has been repeatedly testing the 90K resistance, failing to get a clean break above it.

This leaves two main possibilities:

Price continues to compress below resistance, repeatedly tapping the same level while liquidity builds, eventually leading to a breakout.

Highs are being swept to trap late longs, followed by another move lower to sweep remaining sell-side liquidity—similar to what we saw at (1) and (5).

Right now, price is sitting near the middle of the range, but generally, the more a level is tested, the more vulnerable it becomes. We’ve now seen 2–3 weeks of consolidation below 90K, with momentum gradually fading due to repeated pump-and-dump behavior.

My view is that the market is likely tempting traders into shorting the lows. If those shorts fail to manage risk properly, they become fuel for a push back above 90K.

Hopefully, this explains my current perspective on BTC’s structure and liquidity dynamics.
