Big news! Binance.com is on track to become regulated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), marking a major step toward stronger compliance, transparency, and user trust.
From 5 January 2026, Binance services will be delivered through three regulated Binance entities:
Nest Services Limited
Nest Clearing and Custody Limited
Nest Trading Limited
As part of this transition:
Binance will update its Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
These entities will act as data controllers for specific Binance services
The updated terms will replace existing agreements
