What Does Information Advantage Look Like?

According to blockchain analysis from Lookonchain, three wallets placed large bets predicting Maduro would be removed from power on #Polymarket —and they did this just hours before he was actually arrested, collecting $630,484 in profits.

What's suspicious: These wallets were only created and funded a few days before the event. Even more notably, they exclusively focused on predictions related to Maduro and Venezuela, with absolutely no other betting history. The bets were placed at low odds, suggesting these accounts may have known in advance what was going to happen.

This isn't the first time we've seen patterns like this. Back in October last year, on-chain detectives discovered a suspicious Bitcoin short position that was opened right before the largest crash in crypto history occurred, with over $19 billion liquidated.
