🇺🇸 Trump's special envoy Steve Whitcoff announced significant progress in several areas following a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris.
"Today, the US delegation met in Paris with representatives of the Coalition of the Willing, as well as with the Ukrainian delegation, to promote President Trump's peace plan for Ukraine. The US delegation included Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff, Jared Kushner, General Alex Grinkevich, Ambassador Charles Kushner, and White House Advisor Josh Gruenbaum. We held several meetings with Europeans, including President Macron, and with Ukrainians, including President Zelensky, and we are encouraged by the joint approach and partnership between the parties. We have made significant progress on several key areas of work, including our bilateral security guarantee framework and prosperity plan. The Coalition also released a statement outlining its security guarantee framework. We agree with the Coalition that robust security guarantees and credible prosperity commitments are essential for long-term peace in Ukraine, and we will continue to work together in this direction.
Tonight and tomorrow, we will continue discussions with the Ukrainian delegation and hope to achieve further positive progress in the near future," he wrote.
