Disappointed Experience with Binance Spot Wheel of Fortune
This promotion claims to offer rewards to users, but in reality, rewards are not accessible for everyone. I have been consistently trying to participate for the past 7 days, and every single time I receive the same message: “Rewards are fully redeemed. Try again after 24 hours.”
Now, despite the event still being active, it again shows that rewards are fully redeemed. This creates a misleading user experience and raises concerns about fairness and transparency.
I genuinely did not expect this from Binance. Promotions should be clear, accessible, and fair to all eligible users—not just a select few.
Hoping Binance addresses this issue and improves the user experience going forward.
