🏛 Dubai Tightens Stablecoin Rules — RLUSD Approved in DIFC
RLUSD is now officially approved for use in DIFC after DFSA recognition. Under Dubai’s new framework, only three stablecoins are currently allowed:
• $USDC
• $EURC
• $RLUSD
❌ Excluded: privacy coins, algorithmic stablecoins, and tokens backed by crypto or private credit.
✅ Required: full backing, transparency, and clear reserves.
