One thing that has really saved ne from losing in trading is taking quality trade setups. I believe that avoiding over trading preserves capital. Avoid taking many trades that don't make sense and that's why it's important to have rules, if you lose twice, step back and re-evaluate. The goal is to live to trade another day by preserving your capital.
