🇺🇦 Ukraine will receive Spanish air Defence radars capable of detecting targets at a distance of 460 km.
The Council of Ministers of Spain has approved a contract for the production and supply of Lanza LTR-25 radar systems with logistical support.
These radars are able to detect aircraft, drones and other air targets at a distance of up to 460 km, even under conditions of active counteraction of electronic warfare equipment. It is expected that the new systems will significantly increase the effectiveness of Ukrainian air Defence.
The estimated value of the contract is €37 million, the fulfilment period is December 31, 2026. The exact number of radars for Ukraine is not disclosed.
