California-based Galactic Resource Utilisation Space (GRU) has opened reservations at the upcoming lunar hotel. To get on the list of the first guests, you need to leave a deposit of $1,000,000.

GRU founder Skyler Chan, 21, is planning construction from automated modules and lunar soil, work is expected to start in 2029.

The first customers will be participants in commercial space flights and wealthy newlyweds, and the project is positioned as a step towards the lunar economy and the interplanetary life of people.
