Token Migration & Supply

​If you hold DUSK, the way you interact with the token is changing:

​Native Migration: Since the mainnet is now live, a "burner contract" has been established. This allows users to swap their old Ethereum-based (ERC-20) or Binance-based (BEP-20) DUSK for Native DUSK. Native tokens are required for gas fees on the actual Dusk chain.

​New Supply Cap: The total supply has effectively doubled from 500 million to 1 billion.

​The original 500M are the tokens currently in circulation.

​The new 500M are strictly for network emissions (staking rewards) to be paid out over the next 36 years
