Circulating supply in context
Circulating supply tells you how much is currently counted as available to the market. In the snapshot used here, circulating supply is about 486.99M $DUSK total supply is 500M, and the max supply is 1B $DUSK . A good way to visualize this is to compare circulating vs the remaining amount needed to reach max supply. Most of the initial supply appears already in circulation, while the long gap from circulating to max is explained by the planned emission schedule over decades. This frame helps when people compare market cap and FDV. Market cap uses circulating supply, while FDV typically assumes full max supply.
