Poland will transfer up to nine of its MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.
Technical negotiations on this are still ongoing, Polish Deputy Minister of Defence Paweł Zalewski said.
When asked whether Ukraine had agreed to accept Poland's offer, Zalevskyi replied that Kyiv agreed. In exchange for aircraft, Poland wants access to Ukraine's missile technology.
