$FOGO should @monad ico listing prices be higher than sale prices?

case in point is @fogo ...

- sold at $0.035 on @binance prime ($350m FDV)

- out somewhere at $0.09708 (i.e. $1b to rake, 2.7x, 277%)

- now trading in the < $0.06 range (1.7x)

--> $225m mcap circulating, $600m FDV

- $69m in volume (nice)

(i) one think we can say for certain @binance prime pays it's participants

(ii) and doesn't make them wait
