Patrick Whitt, Donald Trump's crypto advisor, said that BTC accumulation is carried out in "budget-neutral ways" - without costs for taxpayers.
Simply put, the United States does not buy bitcoin, but forms a reserve from the confiscated crypt. Now the state has about 328,372 BTC (about $31 billion).
