Taiwan and USA has reached an unanimous agreement that with 15 percent tarriff Taiwan can export goods to USA. The deal also says that Taiwan will invest 250 billions in the semiconductor industry of USA provided the Taiwsnese companies can transfer capital gain in the form of retained earnings.
