Binance Alpha announced it will be the first platform to list ETHGas (GWEI), with Alpha trading scheduled to open on January 21, 2026, at 12:00 UTC.
According to the announcement, eligible users will be able to claim an airdrop of 2,400 GWEI tokens via the Alpha Events page after trading begins.
To qualify, users must hold at least 230 Binance Alpha Points at the time of claiming. The airdrop will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the reward pool is not fully claimed, the point requirement will automatically decrease by 5 points every five minutes.
Binance Alpha noted that 15 Alpha Points will be consumed when claiming the airdrop. Users must complete confirmation on the Alpha Events page within 24 hours, otherwise the reward will be considered forfeited.
