为了降低在主网退出的 Gas 费，Plasma 建议使用 UTXO 模型配合位图：

"To be able to conduct maximum compaction of state transaction, outputs may be optionally represented in a bitmap... This allows for a withdrawal en masse so that a faulty Plasma chain can be rapidly exited."

这意味着：
