According to ChainCatcher, the round was led by strategic partner Golden Chain Capital, with participation from four other globally recognized investment institutions specializing in Web3 and fintech. The identities of these additional investors remain undisclosed for strategic reasons.
Golden FI is focused on developing a secure, transparent, and compliant protocol for bringing RWA onto the blockchain, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional financial assets and decentralized finance (DeFi). The funds raised will primarily be used to accelerate the development of its underlying technology architecture, enhance compliance systems across multiple global jurisdictions, and expand partnerships with high-quality real-world asset suppliers worldwide.
