Back in 2020, I jumped into crypto full of hope. I noticed a painful pattern:

Sell a coin → it moons right after.

Hold too long → it dumps and stays down for years (or gets delisted).

Rebuy → the bull run starts without you.

Many are still bag-holding millions of tokens, waiting for a comeback that never comes.

Lesson: Crypto is unpredictable. Holding forever doesn't guarantee riches—it often leads to big losses. You never know what happens next.
