According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is launching a P2P Featured Ad Bidding Fee Discount campaign specifically for P2P merchants in Africa. This initiative aims to provide bidding fee discounts during the campaign period, which spans from 2026-01-28 00:00 (UTC) to 2026-02-25 23:59 (UTC). Merchants can participate by logging into the Binance P2P Merchant Portal, selecting their preferred fiat currency, and placing a bid to automatically receive the fee discount.

The fee discount structure is designed to benefit both first-time and existing bidders. First-time bidders, defined as users who have never completed a successful bidding order before 2026-01-28 00:00 (UTC), will receive a 30% discount on their entire bid submission. For instance, if a user submits a bid for six hours and their bids are successful, they will enjoy a 30% discount on all winning bids for that submission. Existing bidders, whose last successful bid was more than six months ago, will receive a 20% discount on their entire bid submission under similar conditions.

The discount will automatically apply to each submission, and all winning bids within the same submission will receive the discount. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the bidding process by watching the available video tutorial in English. They can track their first winning bid and attempt multiple discounted bids in a cycle until they win. All bids must comply with Binance’s P2P terms and policies. This promotion is applicable to verified P2P merchants in Africa who have received official notifications via app push, inmail, or email. Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants involved in dishonest behavior or tampering with program code.
