A16z-backed address has reportedly purchased 243,000 HYPE tokens through Anchorage early this morning. According to ChainCatcher, the address now holds a total of 1.53 million HYPE tokens.
In September of last year, a similar transaction was identified as a potential a16z address, which acquired 210,000 HYPE tokens at that time.
