Issued by Universal Digital and regulated by ADGM’s FSRA, USDU operates under the UAE Central Bank’s Payment Token Services Regulation. The token is backed 1:1 by USD, with reserves held in safeguarded onshore accounts at Emirates NBD, Mashreq, and Mbank 🏦
