Following Ethereum's Fusaka upgrade, dusting attacks involving stablecoins have significantly increased. According to NS3.AI, these attacks now constitute 11% of all transactions and affect 26% of active addresses. Before the upgrade, dusting attacks comprised only 3-5% of transactions and impacted 15-20% of active addresses. The surge is attributed to the Fusaka upgrade's reduction in transaction fees, which has made it easier to carry out these attacks.
