Russia will maintain its oil supply to Cuba, according to Russian media reports. According to RTHK, Russia's ambassador to Cuba, Viktor Koronelli, stated that Russia has consistently provided oil to Cuba in recent years and intends to continue this practice.

U.S. President Donald Trump recently signed an executive order declaring a national emergency, threatening to impose tariffs on goods from countries that directly or indirectly supply oil to Cuba. Following this, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov communicated with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez, expressing that economic and military pressure on Cuba, including hindering its energy supply, is unacceptable.
