Additionally, the architecture of Plasma provides for high performance through the combination of pipelined Fast HotStuff consensus protocol with a modular EVM execution model on Reth to provide developers with the ability to deploy Solidity smart contracts in a familiar development environment using Hardhat or MetaMask tools.
