I just got free money from a scammer today 😎💸
o here's the legendary tale of how I made $5.31 from someone trying to scam me 😂
It all started when "Amy from China 🇨🇳" slid into my Telegram DMs out of nowhere like:
"Hi, I’m Amy, I live in the UK but my family is in China..."
I knew from the first 0.2 seconds it was a scam. But I had time, so I played along like a Netflix villain 😈
Over the next 4 days, Amy sent me the usual scammy goodness:
Fake "family" photos 📸
Asked me what perfume to buy for her "mom"
Told me stories about being rich but stressed (boohoo)
Said she earns $$$ through AliExpress commissions 💼
Fast forward to today — she says work is too much and asks if I can "help."
Here comes the juicy part. 🍿
She sends a link to this fake-but-super-legit-looking app. I sign up (in incognito mode, VPN on, gloves, and a tinfoil hat 😅). She says:
"I’ll create an account using your invite link so you get commission!"
Boom. $5.31 hits my fake wallet.
Time for the trap 😏
I send her a screenshot of my totally fake portfolio and say:
"If I can withdraw this commission, I’ll invest $500 today!"
And guess what?
VOILÀ! The money arrived! 😂💰
But guess what again?
I ain't investing sh*t. That’s my commission now. Thanks Amy ✌️
Moral of the story:
These scammy apps look very real. If you're new to crypto, it’s super easy to get fooled.
Stay sharp, stay sassy, and don't invest in trash.
