Strategy Inc. reported a Q1 loss of $4.2 billion (or $16.49 per share), primarily due to a drop in Bitcoin prices.

The company announced a massive $21 billion at-the-market (ATM) equity offering to strengthen its balance sheet.

As of quarter-end, Strategy held 528,185 BTC, a figure that has since grown to 553,555 BTC.
