The Supreme Court of the United States declared the receipt of this money ILLEGAL, which means that they will have to be RETURNED immediately.

And this can cause:

1) Return courts throughout the country

2) Instant gigantic hole in the budget (600 billion)

3) Possible emergency introduction of new "substitutes" duties.

4) Risk of instant revenge from trading partners.
