I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an issue that has been affecting me and possibly other contributors as well. I have already posted an article previously, and despite fulfilling all the required steps, no action has been taken on it. I would sincerely request you to kindly look into this matter and provide a clear response.
As contributors, we invest a significant amount of time, effort, and energy into creating and posting articles. Each article requires research, planning, writing, editing, and proper submission. It is not an easy task, and we make sure to follow all the guidelines carefully. However, even after completing all these steps and successfully posting the article, the points are not being credited. This situation is discouraging and confusing.
We have already submitted our posts and completed our articles, yet the points are not being gained. Could you please clarify why this is happening? If there is any issue with the article, formatting, verification process, or system delay, we would appreciate a proper explanation. Without any feedback or response, it becomes difficult for us to understand what went wrong.
Additionally, we are investing not only our time but also our resources. In some cases, we are trading and even spending dollars with the expectation that our contributions will be recognized and rewarded fairly. When points are not credited and our names do not appear in the rankings or acknowledgment lists, it raises concerns about transparency and fairness. We deserve to know the reason behind this issue.
We are committed to working honestly and contributing quality content to the platform. However, motivation decreases when efforts are not acknowledged. Kindly review our submitted articles and check the system to see why points are not being updated. If there are specific requirements we may have missed, please inform us clearly so we can correct them in the future.
