Ukraine Strikes Russian Military Factory with Cruise Missiles
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced on social media on February 21 that Ukrainian forces launched multiple cruise missiles overnight, targeting a military factory in Votkinsk, Udmurtia, Russia. According to Ming Pao, the attack resulted in a fire at the facility. The factory is reported to produce intercontinental ballistic missiles and Iskander missiles. Votkinsk is located approximately 1,400 kilometers east of Ukraine and east of Moscow.
