A hacker exploited SwapNet, an exchange aggregator integrated with Matcha Meta, stealing nearly $17 million in cryptocurrency. The attack was linked to unlimited token approvals granted by users, allowing unauthorized access to their wallets. Matcha Meta warned users to revoke permissions outside their One-Time Approval contracts as a precaution.
