⚠️ The markets do not move only with news … but with liquidity. 💧
And liquidity is about to dry up.
Next week we may witness a sharp decline due to:
🧧 Chinese New Year holiday (a full week – the largest markets in Asia)
🇺🇸 Presidents' Day in the United States (business closures)
📉 What does that mean for traders?
• Weak trading volumes → the market moves easily
• Violent and illogical fluctuations → whales exploit the void
• High slippage → your orders execute at worse prices
💡 In low liquidity markets … a small mistake turns into a big loss.
Low liquidity markets do not give signals … they create traps.
✅ Reduce trade size (at least 50%)
✅ Monitor market depth (Order Book) before each entry
✅ Widen stop loss or temporarily stop scalping
✅ Avoid high leverage — the market will not forgive
⚡ The real question:
Will whales exploit the lack of liquidity to hunt stop orders (Stop Hunt)?
