In October 2022, the scam began. Paul Nieto Gordillo submitted a false authorization with automatic revocation every 90 days because he was being pressured for contributions he never paid, more than $6 million. On November 14, 2024, Pavel Garcia, deputy director of #SUNACRIP and Nieto's partner, submitted a #sancion to Daniel based on this fraud. However, #CCSCEX | #CARACASCOMMODITYEXCHANGE sent nine communications between 2023 and 2024, which were never answered. The positive administrative silence legally validated Daniel's actions.
