Why did Bitcoin delay $BTC in 2025?
While gold rose by ~65%, silver ~130%, Nasdaq ~20%, S&P 500 ~16%, Bitcoin fell by ~5-7% (from its peak in October).
The main reasons (in short):
Gold and silver benefited from central bank purchases + geopolitical fears + inflation.
Bitcoin suffered from selling by old investors + tight liquidity + its correlation with stocks (without benefiting from the rise of AI).
Correction after the October peak (a drop of 36%), with positive expectations being priced in.
Now (December 2025): Bitcoin ~89,000 dollars... Will it catch up in 2026 with liquidity expansion?
