REDUSDT moved below the 22-June 2025 low as a stop-loss hunt event, the action is now back above support and this gives us a bullish chart.
The liquidity hunt event we saw recently on WLFIUSDT. Now, what's the different?
The stop-loss hunt event tends to happen fast. The action pierces support and a reversal can happen within days. There isn't much need for prices to stay below support as the goal was to activate all those stop-loss orders.
The liquidity hunt is different, trading needs to stay below support for a while. Good prices, this can entice new buyers. The market can easily trade for several months below support just to recover. The difference is a matter of duration. Once enough people enterāliquidityāthe market can resume with its intended direction.
REDUSDT looks good, we have the classic up-down pattern. A bullish wave followed by a bearish wave. The last bearish wave produced an all-time low and from this point forward we can expect a new bullish wave to develop. This is valid as long as the action stays above long-term supportāthe black line on the chart.
