The 9th season of the Guild Advancement Program (GAP) has now officially begun. This event has launched a new reward map specifically for hardcore quest players, and has also prepared more interesting challenges for on-chain guilds.
Explorers will experience 12 of the hottest games in Web3, including three new games launched in partnership with HyperPlay and three returning games from Immutable. YGG Future of Work (FoW) partners Navigate and Sapien will also return to the field to bring more opportunities to the community in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and DePIN. YGG Pilipinas will also launch an event initiated by the (Metaverse Filipino Workers) (MFW) short film, inviting MFWs from all over the world to share their Web3 journey stories.

GAP Season 9 includes 14 missions designed in collaboration with partners, with more coming soon.
There will be 12 games launched in Season 9, providing new choices for casual players, e-sports rookies, and MMORPG super players.
The first to arrive on GAP this season is the Web3 Trading Card Game (TCG) Vibes, which has captured the hearts of pro players like YGG Esports’ Sequinox. Since its initial release in December 2024, Pudgy Penguins has captivated Web3 players around the world with its lovable characters and engaging game mechanics.
YGG has also partnered with Web3 native game store HyperPlay to introduce three new games to the GAP lineup. The new games include sci-fi MMORPG MetaCene and the social game Party Icons inspired by royal wars, both of which play a pivotal role in the popular games of the YGG community. The fantasy MMORPG Ember Sword on HyperPlay is another highly anticipated game that will soon land on GAP. The game launched an early bird version in December 2024, which attracted widespread attention.
Other games that are loved by the community include the monster battle RPG Aurory: Seekers of Tokane, the retro pixel RPG DeFi Kingdoms, and the casual fishing simulation game Fishing Frenzy. In Season 8, Immutable's games have been widely praised, and this season will once again join Immortal Rising 2, Mystery Society and RavenQuest, as well as the return of GAP classic games Anichess and Nifty Island.
In addition, Future of Work (FoW) partners will also provide a batch of new bounty tasks, Navigate and Sapien tasks can be explored at the start of this season, and more tasks will be announced soon. FoW participants are welcome to collaborate, share knowledge, and help each other master new skills in data annotation, AI training, DePIN tasks, etc. As the development momentum of the on-chain guild platform continues to grow, this season may usher in a new wave of guilds focused on future skills.

Explorers who have completed the reward map can embark on a new journey this season
Season 9 of the Guild Advancement Program (GAP) puts a greater focus on on-chain guilds, introducing a wider variety of guild missions to meet the needs of communities of all types and sizes. Guilds can look forward to missions for most games in the game lineup, which will be launched in March.
Further improvements will be made to the on-chain guild platform. These include making guild pages easier to navigate, more clearly displaying guild achievements in member profiles, providing more refined guild management tools, and comprehensively adjusting the user interface to ensure a smoother experience on all devices.
The Rewards Center will continue to spice up the community’s questing experience, launching a new reward map for players who complete quests in Season 8. Shortly after the start of Season 9, quest players will be able to claim a new set of token rewards as they complete quests and collect YGG points.
This season, the Pledge Center will also undergo a major update to match the new reward map. The new calculation method will provide players with higher multipliers compared to previous seasons. This increase will apply to all pledgers, including those who already have YGG tokens in the Pledge Center vault. The 9th season of the Guild Advanced Program (GAP) also increased the pledge limit to 200,000 YGG tokens, allowing task players to obtain up to 5x expansion factors, compared to the maximum multiplier of 3.5x in previous seasons.
Players who redeem their YGG token rewards for premium passes can complete premium missions to earn exclusive in-game items, custom skins, and a large amount of YGG points. Mission participants can also increase their rewards by joining the newly launched YGG-RON liquidity pool income program on Katana.

At the YGG Gaming Summit, YGG held the red carpet premiere of the short film (Metaverse Filipino Worker). The short film reveals the alternative career paths that YGG’s Filipino community members are able to pursue thanks to Web3 technology, inspiring people in other parts of the world to follow in their footsteps.
