🔔 Tether invests in LayerZero ($ZRO ) a strategic step towards a multi-chain future

Tether Investments announced a strategic investment in LayerZero Labs, the developer of the blockchain interoperability protocol. This investment supports the USDt0 architecture, the multi-chain version of Tether, which has transferred over 70 billion dollars between networks in less than a year.

LayerZero enables assets to move freely between blockchains without fragmenting liquidity, enhancing the use of stablecoins in DeFi and artificial intelligence.

$ZRO rose more than 23% before the announcement to drop back to around 0.17 currently.
