Receiving the rewards from this round of Plasma XPL creator tasks has really touched me.
3038.14 XPL has already been credited, and although the market is quite volatile and the price has dropped significantly, I actually feel more at peace—because this reward comes from continuously producing content and participating in the ecosystem, not from luck in chasing prices.
I had thought before, if I could know the reward amount in advance, perhaps I could do some hedging to cope with the fluctuations. But looking at it from another angle, this kind of 'uncertainty' actually makes the participation process purer: you just focus on writing earnestly, updating steadily, and completing tasks, and the rewards will come naturally. There’s no need to anxiously monitor prices all day; instead, you should focus on the content itself and interacting with the community. This mindset is actually more stable and gives a stronger sense of long-term participation.
For me, activities that incentivize creators are still very worthwhile. Not because of how much can be earned in the short term, but because it establishes a positive cycle of 'participating in the ecosystem while receiving incentives.' Updating daily, completing small tasks, and writing each piece of content earnestly—these actions are helping the Plasma ecosystem grow, while the rewards serve as immediate feedback and encouragement. Compared to blindly entering and exiting the market, the sense of achievement, creative habits, and community relationships accumulated this way are actually more valuable.
I also want to say a few words to the friends who are doing tasks together:
Don't be anxious about short-term rankings. Many who rank high in the early stages are 'top performers,' but more people actually rise slowly through stable updates and interactions in the later stages. Stick to your own rhythm, maintain content quality, have interactions, and be patient; rewards and traffic will accumulate gradually. Ecosystem growth takes time, and the value of our content and community influence also needs time to settle.
So, regardless of market fluctuations, keep updating, keep interacting, and keep creating earnestly in Plasma—this endeavor itself is very meaningful. Rewards are an additional return, but the abilities, connections, and mindset accumulated during the process are what can truly be taken away.
