ONCHAIN REPORT: WHALE CUTS RECORD LOSS OF 31 MILLION USD - GALAXY DIGITAL INCREASES SELLING PRESSURE

The market $BTC today recorded significant selling pressure from whales and investment organizations as a series of BTC were transferred to the Binance exchange.

Monitoring data from Arkham Intelligence shows that 9 hours ago, a whale wallet address deposited 2,500 BTC to Binance.

- The estimated transaction value was approximately 172.56 million USD at the time of transfer.

- Notably, this whale had purchased at a very high price, with an Entry level of $81,683.

- With the move to the exchange at the current price level, this whale has realized a loss of up to 31.65 million USD. This is a sign of capitulation from major investors.

In addition to individuals, institutional investors are also restructuring their portfolios. One hour ago, Galaxy Digital's wallet added another 245 BTC worth approximately 16.91 million USD to Binance.

- According to statistics, this fund has continuously offloaded assets in recent times. In total, over the last 7 months, Galaxy Digital has pushed 1,680 BTC to the exchange, equivalent to a value of approximately 148.58 million USD.

The acceptance of deep losses by a whale and the continuous selling by a large fund indicates a cautious sentiment prevailing among large capital flows.

The supply pressure of nearly 190 million USD from these two entities may pose challenges to Bitcoin's short-term recovery.
