Payment giant Stripe and company Paradigm have launched the Tempo blockchain

The L1 blockchain Tempo is focused on stablecoins and is currently in a private testing phase.

Among the first partners are Visa, Deutsche Bank, Shopify, and Standard Chartered.

Stripe CEO Patrick Collison stated that Tempo aims to implement payments, cross-border transfers, remittances, microtransactions, and AI-enabled payments in the blockchain.
