(With the heart as a lamp, converging into the sea)
Many people's fears stem from the confusion of life's direction—being impatient in constant choices and waiting for wealth to arrive in frequent hopes. In fact, in this era, nothing is more precious than choosing a big direction, letting it become the beacon that illuminates the path ahead, and no longer feeling lost.
This always reminds me of the revolutionary predecessors. Why were they able to forget fear and face death bravely? It is because of that burning wish: "If we finish this battle in our lifetime, future generations won't have to fight and can enjoy the peace of prosperity on our behalf." We were born in a time of peace, grateful for the protection of our predecessors, but we also deeply understand that throughout the long river of history, 'war' has never truly been absent. Beyond cold weapon wars and hot weapon wars, there are virus wars, cultural wars, economic wars, currency wars, AI wars, and even the upcoming machine wars... The essence is all a game of human desires, a competitive arena of human civilization.
Do not dwell on the past, nor worry about the future; one should leave a piece of pure land for every ordinary person, right? Dispersed power cannot form a climate; only by converging into a sea can we build together — allowing traffic to generate real value, making limited time carry infinite dreams. We must live well in the present, and more importantly, unite all positive forces to create a country that the world envies. This is not a temporary achievement, but a lifetime of commitment, a lifelong wish, but I firmly believe that day will eventually come.
🤔 I often think about building a business system: within the rules, yet not bound by them, but rather gently protected by them? Allowing everyone to trigger passive value, converging into a sea of shared gains (who will be the person flying the kite?); connecting each other through sharing, altruistically coexisting, allowing all parties' needs to be met, while we are merely devoted stewards (who will be the guiding string?); using a point to lead to a surface, leveraging the leading goose effect, allowing the wealthy to drive the less wealthy, connecting all things through 'one object' (in what way, can we release this beautiful kite?).
Between people and things, one must eventually find the guiding light that points the way and accurately locate one’s own heart. Who is the kite? Who is the string? Who is the person flying the kite? Haha, in fact, everyone is, and no one is. Just as the Dao says: life is full of phenomena, and all things return to the heart.
