Binance has announced a zero-fee promotion for VIP users 2–9 and Spot liquidity providers on various USDC trading pairs, valid from 11/17/2025 to 01/16/2026 (UTC).

During this period, there will be no maker and taker fees on the following pairs:

BNB/USDC, DOGE/USDC, ICP/USDC, TRUMP/USDC, LTC/USDC, FIL/USDC, PUMP/USDC, ZEC/USDC, WLFI/USDC, UNI/USDC, and DASH/USDC.

VIP users 1 and regular users will continue to pay normal fees, but their volumes will be counted towards the VIP tier calculation.

Binance may modify or terminate the promotion at any time and reserves the right to disqualify users for suspicious activities.
